Virtual memory is low
this is showing up on my moms computer. Can I manually change it?

You can manually change it although it would be best to reduce the amount of programs that are running when Windows boots up. A good indicator is the amount of icons next to the clock in the lower right corner. If there are a ton of icons, that would be the source of the problem. If not, try doing this:
Click Start ---> Right click My Computer ---> Left click on Properties. A system properties window appears.
Click on the advanced tab ---> Now click on "Settings" under "Performance". Performance Options will now appear.
Click on the advanced tab ---> Now click on "Change" under Virtual Memory. A new window will appear. You can now change the paging file size to whatever you want. I would recommend going with 1524 MB as initial size and 3048 as maximum size. This should solve your issue.
